Overview
Property, energy and asset management each have their own rules, data and release pace. Splitting them into independent services lets each domain evolve without dragging the others along, while one gateway keeps the console's view of the system simple.
A microservices-based Property Management System architected from the ground up at Walkzero — property, energy (EMS), and asset (AMS) domains as independent, decoupled services, with secure role-based access across an Angular console and NestJS backend.

What I built
- 01
Decoupled domains
Property, energy (EMS) and asset (AMS) run as independent NestJS services behind a single GraphQL gateway.
- 02
Billing from raw meter data
Automated electricity, diesel generator, tax and common-area charge calculations, through to invoice generation.
- 03
Access that follows the role
Role-based access control enforced consistently across every service and the Angular console.
The codebase is confidential, so the architecture shown here is a redacted schematic: real shape, no internals.
